General terms and condition of sales

1 – The general sale conditions

The general sale conditions (the 'GSC') are made between, www.holoram-clothing.com (the website) edited by TRENDS SEASON SARL SS with a capital of 9000 euros, head office at 7 CITE DE VAUDOUZIL, 86000 POITIERS, registered at the RCS of Poitiers under number 815 188 776, VAT registered number EM FR12815188776, and all persons (the customers) wishing to make a purchase on the internet site www.hologram-clothing.com. 

All reference to 'we' or 'ours' in the case of GSC refers to the company TRENDS SEASON SARL and all reference to 'you' and 'yours' refers to those using the website. 

We thank you for reading attentively these GSC before making a purchase on the site.  All orders placed on this site indicate that you fully accept the GSC by pressing the key 'I have read and accept the GSC'. 

TRENDS SEASON SARL reserve the right to change, modify at any time these GSC, the terms of the GSC in application at the time of ordering will appear on the web.

2 – Object :

The GSC define all the payment conditions, the delivery timing and the after sales service to operate between www.hologram-clothing.com and the customer.

3 – Site information and accessibility 

The website is open 24/24 h and 7/7d to all users, except for interruption by us, programmed or otherwise, for maintenance, or for reasons outside of our control. TRENDS SEASON SARL do not accept responsibility for any damage or inconvenience caused by interruptions to site access.

4 – Products

All products for sale on our site are offered within the limitations of availability. We do all possible to ensure customer satisfaction. It is possible that slight differences can occur between the site photograph images and the actual products. For this we cannot accept responsibility. 

5 – Entering the website

To be able to make a purchase on the site, the customer must first of all register by creating an account with all needed customer information. The customer will then receive an e mail confirmation of his registration. In the creation of his account, the customer must assure full and accurate information is given in reply to the site requests. The customer is responsible for any updating of his personal information. We cannot be held responsible for any failure in delivery of items if there are errors in the given delivery address. When registering on the site the customer must declare himself to be of responsible age. 

TRENDS SEASON SARL are free at any time to cancel any customer account. 

6 – Placing and processing of order

The customer may choose the item from our product range and place it in the 'Shopping Basket' simply by clicking on the key 'Add to shopping basket'. By clicking on the key 'Order' the customer begins the actual buying process for all the items in his shopping basket, this will include all the stages until conclusion of the purchase. Before the final application, the customer will be able to review his order for modification if required. An e mail giving all the details of the order ( articles, price, product availability, quantity) will be sent to the customer. 

We reserve all rights to withdraw any products shown on the site and to replace or modify product or information, this at any time. 

In spite of all our wishes to give complete customer satisfaction, it can occur that we are obliged to cancel or modify an order, this even after the e-mail confirmation.

7 – Prices and payment terms

The prices of the products on our web site are mentioned in Euros, including all taxes except shipping ) costs. The total price of the order (all taxes and shipping costs included) appear in the ‘shopping basket’. All the prices mentioned in teh web site include the French VAT, which can be different according to the invoicing country. For sales outside the European Community, the customs clearance costs or any additional taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment but the prices charged in the invoice will be those mentioned at the moment of the purchase, subject to availability.

The products have to be paid cash when ordering. The purchase has to be paid either through Paypal or Payplug. The customer agrees that when giving the number of his credit card at Hologram Clothing he allows the debiting of his account for the amount ordered. When appropriate, in the event of non-payment, a notification of cancelled order is sent to thhe customer’s e mail address which has been given at the registration on the website.

Online payment is done in a secure environment via the SSL encrypting that ensures the identity of the paying agency  and the data privacy. Paypal is a simple and secure payment solution for paying by credit card. When using Paypal for on-line purchase, either in France or abroad, if you do not receive your product, Pay-Pal refunds the total amount of the transaction, including shipping costs.

8 – Shipping and delivery

Our parcels are sent through the post office service. The shipping costs for any order sent from metropolitan France are fixed cost, the ones mentioned by the seller in the order form. The delivery times are calculated in working days.

The maximum delivery time for products ordered to TRENDS SEASON SARL is 12(twelve) working days for a delivery in metropolitan France, 15 days for a delivery outside metropolitan France, and counting from the day following the confirmation of the order. This delivery time may be extended by 5 days the day after the launching of a new collection, due to the volume of orders.

During rush periods, the delivery may take up to 2 weeks. After 3 weeks, if you do not have received your order, please contact us on hologramclothing@gmail.com.

We cannot be held responsible for any delay due to the shipping or in case of force majeure (as detailed hereafter).

If the conditions which have been mentioned above are not met, we will be unable to refund the items sent back.

If the delivery is delayed, the customer can ask for the cancellation of the order and can be refunded with the amount of the order within14 days maximum. We cannot be held responsible fo the negative effects of a delay due to the shipping. TRENDS SEASON SARL will only refund the amount of the product which has been purchased.

The customer has to check the goods upon receipt. In case of damage or missing item, of claim with regards to visible defects  or non-conformity of the product, it is the responsability of the customer to send a written notification to the carrier  or the seller with clear and precise reservations within 3 days. It is the customer responsibility to provide any justification for the reality of defects or deficiencies found.

9 – Right of withdrawal

The customer has a period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to give any reason and without any penalty except for the return shipping costs. This period is postponed to the next working day if the time limit expires on Saturday, Sunday or public holiday.

The product has to be sent back in its initial condition and packaging, new, not washed to the following address : 7, CITE DU VAUDOUZIL, 8000 POITIERS.

10 – Return and exchange policies, warranties

If you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, you have 14 days as from the delivery date to return them for an exchange. You have to send them back to the following address : 7, Cité d Vaudouzil – 86000 POITIERS. Please note that the return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except for the defective or non-compliant products.

In all the parcels you will find a returned merchandise advice. Please mention if you want a refund or an exchange as well as the reason for the return. Upon receipt of the item we will proceed to the refund or the exchange.

The seller will pay as much attention as possible to the preparation of the order and to the quality of the products. If the seller recognizes a defect, he will  be held responsible only for the replacement or refund of the defective items without any further compensation. The warrantie will not apply to defects and damages due to storage, handling or unproper use of the item.

11 – Applicable law 

Those GSC are governed by French law. Failing amicable agreement, any dispute relating to the interpretation of these GSC, the performance or break in the sales will be submitted to the appropriate court.

12 – Personal data and cookies

This website is subject to a declaration with the National Commission for Data Protection and Liberties (CNIL-France)under the law number 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Computers, files and liberties.

Your account details will exclusively be used in the framework of your business relationship with www.hologram-clothing.com. Those data will never be divulged or sold to third parties . Your bank data is never given to us.

All transactions are handled by Paypal or directed to the secure payment module managed by Crédit Mutuel bank.
